Our medals are manufactured
using two completely different techniques, which are explained
as follows.
Die cast medals
from Zinc
The main advantage of die cast medals is
that virtually any shape or form of medal may be produced with
or without 'cut outs'. Heavy three-dimensional medals may be more
economically produced than pressed medals offering a much wider
range of versatility (see examples below).
Pressed medals
Such medals are normally stamped or pressed
out of brass or guilding material and some shapes and sizes lend
themselves better to this manufacturing technique. "This
applies mainly to smaller medals and pin badges etc."
Ribbons
A variety of ribbons are available ranging
from standard colour or striped medal ribbons, sparkle satin ribbon,
cords or printed ribbons to suit customers' specific requirements.

Please let us make our recommendations
