We request payment a maximum of 30 days after delivery of the goods or within 7 days of the specific event (whichever sooner). Special terms and conditions may of course be arranged to suit customer's individual requirements.

Overseas

Due to the volatility of the South African Rand, we undertake to quote in whatever currency is preferred by our customers.

We truly value your business and we would like you to be comfortable by using your own monetary currency and not have to worry about exchange rates and fluctuations etc. We therefore quote all prices inclusive of freight, duty and delivery charges for consignments above 3 000 medals. 1 000 or more medals are supplied inclusive of freight, duty and clearance charges and only the local delivery charge from point of entry into your country is extra. For quantities under 1 000 medals, we request a contribution to the cost of airfreight after special communication with you. In many cases we are able to combine your small consignments with other medals being sent in which case such freight contribution would not be applicable. In other words, we always try to offer our medals as cost effectively as possible in order to save our customers money!

All prices are exclusive of Vat chargeable in accordance with the rules of your country. The amount of Vat would be charged by our freight agent who provides a personalized service right to your doorstep. In most cases the Vat can be reclaimed by you.

As mentioned elsewhere on this website, we always endeavour to meet our customers special requirements in terms of both supply and payment etc. We would be happy to discuss terms and conditions which can be mutually agreed upon in the event of your favouring us with your order for those Medallions or Souvenirs that are required.
